We endeavour to process your application as quickly as possible. Please check your email regularly for communications from us. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK time) and we will communicate with you within the following timescales:
Acknowledgement of the Outcome of Your Application
We’ll contact you within 4 working days of receiving your application to confirm the outcome. If your application has been accepted, we’ll ask you for a pre-payment of £250 to provisionally secure your place. We’ll provide details on how to make your pre-payment when we contact you. Please note, when prompted you need to make your pre-payment within 5 working days.
Acknowledgement of Receipt of Pre-payment and Provisional Booking Confirmation
After we have received your pre-payment, we will email you within 3 working days confirming receipt of payment, and to provide a provisional booking confirmation letter.
You do not need to do anything else at this stage, until we contact you again to provide a final confirmation of your booking.
Final Booking Confirmation and Payment of Fees
Once applications have closed, we will email you to provide final confirmation of your place, some important pre-arrival information, details on how to book university accommodation (if you wish to do so), and to ask for payment of the outstanding balance.
If you have applied for a course starting in June, we will email you with a final booking confirmation during the first week of April. If you applied for a course starting in July, we will email you with a final booking confirmation during the first week of May.
Payment must be received no later than 30 days before the course start date.
International applicants should not book any flights or travel arrangements until you receive this final booking confirmation from us.
